Properly dried hardwood is the starting point for a reliable stretcher frame. Unlike softwood, hardwood requires a longer and more controlled drying process to gradually release internal stresses and preserve the stability of the material.
That is why our production includes large-capacity industrial drying chambers, allowing us to carefully prepare the wood before it reaches the machining stage.
OUR ANNUAL DRYING CAPACITY
Depending on the drying regime, our chamber complex can process:
- 73,000 m³ per year — soft drying mode
-125,000 m³ per year — conventional drying mode
Controlled drying helps prepare the timber for precise machining and further production of modular canvas stretcher frames.
